At Laumont, we do everything we can to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition. If something didn't go as expected, we're here to help. Below you'll find how to file a claim simply and quickly.

📩 How to Make a Claim

If your order arrived damaged or if you notice an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Send an email to info@laumontshop.eu including the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem

⚠️ Important: We do not accept claims for frozen products that have been thawed, as we cannot verify whether the issue occurred before or after thawing.

Our team will review your claim as soon as possible and determine whether:

  • A refund is appropriate
  • A replacement product will be sent
  • Or if the claim is not justified

📦 Issues Upon Delivery

Our products are carefully packed and prepared. If you notice anything unusual at the time of delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the package condition
    Make sure the safety seals are intact.
    If the package is open or damaged, do not accept it and return it immediately to the courier.
    If you accept a damaged package, we cannot be held responsible for the contents.
  2. Contact us
    If the packaging is damaged or there is another issue, contact us within 24 hours at info@laumontshop.eu, including your name, order number, and a full description of the issue.

🚚 Failed Delivery

If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the courier is unable to access the delivery location, the package will be returned to the shipping facility. You will need to schedule a new delivery date with the courier.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, you'll also need to coordinate a new delivery directly with the shipping company.

⏱️ Late Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, you have 48 hours to notify us by writing to info@laumontshop.eu.
After this period, we may not be able to process your claim.
