4 beef patties
4 strips of bacon
4 hamburger buns
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise

Step-by-step to make the smash burger with tartufata sauce

  1. Start by placing the bacon strips on a baking tray suitable for the oven.
  2. Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 °F) and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the bacon strips are golden and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, spread the top halves of the burger buns with tartufata sauce and mayonnaise.
