Ingridients:
- 50ml Black Truffle Juice
- 3 Artichokes
- Evoo
- Black truffle
- Sheep’s cheese
- Clean the artichokes and cut the hearts into slices.
- Cook the artichoke in a pan using evoo until they are cooked on both sides.
- Add truffle juice and simmer until reduced.
- Plate the artichokes with black truffle juice. Add black truffle slices and cheese. Bon appetit!
