Artichokes & Black Truffle served in Truffle Juice

Ingridients:

  • 50ml Black Truffle Juice
  • 3 Artichokes
  • Evoo
  • Black truffle
  • Sheep’s cheese
  1. Clean the artichokes and cut the hearts into slices.
  2. Cook the artichoke in a pan using evoo until they are cooked on both sides.
  3. Add truffle juice and simmer until reduced.
  4. Plate the artichokes with black truffle juice. Add black truffle slices and cheese. Bon appetit!
