Ingridients:
- White truffle to taste
- Gnocchi 250g
- Shredded Foie 60g
- Cream 100g
- Salt and pepper to taste

Put the foie in the casserole, melt it a little and add the cream, heat it well until the foie melts and it becomes a creamy sauce. Set it aside.

Boil the gnocchi for 5/6 minutes depending on the specific instructions of the pasta packet.

Once boiled, add them to the sauce, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Finally, we serve it on a plate, add the grated white truffle to taste, a few cubes of foie and if we want a little parmesan.
