- Black Truffle
- Biscuits: 100g
- Butter: 50g
- Cream cheese: 200g
- Cream: 150g
- Milk: 100g
- Eggs: 3
- Corn flour: 20g
- Strawberries to taste
Crush the biscuits together with the butter.
Once crushed, put them in a mould previously greased with a little butter.
Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients in the thermomix to make a dough, cream cheese/crème fraiche, milk, cream, eggs, and corn flour.
Once mixed, add it to the mould and cook it for 50 minutes at approximately 170 degrees.
Once the cheesecake is cooked, cut it, and add some cut strawberries on top. Finally, grate on some fresh black truffle.
